Is listing really free?
Yes — publishing listings is free, with no listing limit and no credit card. Free accounts also search listings and appear in the directory.
What’s the difference between Free and Individual?
Reach is the same on every plan — your listings go to everyone either way. Individual unlocks the intelligence around them: market analytics and leaderboards for every market, building inventory, removals, unlimited saved items and alerts, and reports in your brand.
How is Team priced?
Team is priced by team, not per seat: up to 10 seats with higher usage limits and your brand across every market. The change report, data MCP, and API are available as add-ons. Chat with us and we’ll size it to your team.
Do you offer annual billing?
Individual is billed monthly by card and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Team is on a contract and Enterprise is invoiced — annual terms are part of the agreement.
How does Enterprise onboarding work?
One agreement covers your whole email domain: anyone who signs up with your company address gets full access automatically. A dedicated CSM handles onboarding, and the data MCP, API, and change report for every market are included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Individual is month-to-month with self-service cancellation. Your listings and directory profile stay live on the Free plan.
